Among recent matters, we have:
• Represented the domestic developer pertaining land mark survey in the area with invasionby more than 20 household, negotiate with invader, evicted the invader and split the title deed.
• Represented a well-known Japanese Steel Costing in the prosecution of both civil and criminal matters related to invasion of palm farmers. In the criminal matter, we worked with the police and the public prosecutor and successfully secured sufficient evidence to support prosecution of the criminal claims.
• Represented a private resort in Samui Island as its sole legal counsel since 2011. In this capacity, we have assisted our client in purchasing property from local owner, development and construction and obtaining Licenses, and all other compliance matters.
